Under oriented rank-two clutching over $S^2$, with the equatorial clutching circle oriented by increasing northern stereographic argument and with the clutching map comparing the southern oriented tangent trivialization to the northern oriented tangent trivialization, the tangent bundle $TS^2$ is represented by a loop in $SO(2)$ of degree $2$.
